This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any n333 platform content without the prior written consent of n333.

n333's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your n333 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n333 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. n333 shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or degradation of platform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power failures, or acts of government or regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit n333's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

n333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Requirement to comply with applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• Risk management or anti-money laundering concerns.

Where an account is closed by n333 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

Your continued use of the n333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally. Complaints should first be directed to n333's customer support team at [email protected]. n333 commits to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal complaints process, and the matter involves a regulatory issue related to gaming, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
